SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for a Test Engineer, Senior to develop, execute, and document testing procedures to assess unit performance and reliability under various environmental conditions. This role supports U.S. Navy navigation systems and requires a recognized subject matter expert with extensive hands-on experience.

- Design, develop, and maintain detailed test protocols and procedures.
- Conduct tests and experiments at on-site and off-site locations to evaluate unit performance across varying environmental conditions.
- Analyze and interpret test data, documenting findings in comprehensive technical reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain documentation to support repeatable and sustainable testing processes.
Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technical training in U.S. Navy navigation equipment and systems.
- Twelve (12)+ years of hands-on experience with U.S. Navy navigation equipment and systems, including experience in at least three (3) of the following four (4) areas:
- Systems Requirements
- Operational Requirements
- Test & Evaluation
- Training
- Recognized subject matter expert who has demonstrated leadership in U.S. Navy navigation equipment and systems within industry and/or public service.
