Description
Tamayo Federal Solutions, LLC, a Department of Defense contractor, is now hiring a Web and Digital Interface Designer to support a U.S. Navy program office providing digital collaboration and information management support. The selected candidate will provide technical support in the design, development, customization, and optimization of web-based collaboration platforms, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and the Power Platform, to enhance organizational communication and data management. You will support Government requirements related to the integration and configuration of digital tools, development of automated workflows and dashboards, and maintenance of secure, efficient, and user-friendly collaboration environments. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven professional with experience in digital interface design, SharePoint administration, and Microsoft 365 solutions who can organize complex information and deliver intuitive, effective solutions for end users.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the development, customization, integration, and optimization of digital collaboration tools used across the organization
- Optimize SharePoint Integration: Improve the integration of SharePoint with Microsoft Teams to streamline collaboration and document management
- Power Platform Solutions: Develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards that improve business processes, streamline data flows, and automate repetitive tasks
- Customization and Configuration: Customize Microsoft Teams and SharePoint features to meet the specific needs of the organization while maintaining adherence to security and governance policies
- Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and documentation for end users and internal IT teams to ensure smooth adoption and long-term sustainability of the solutions
- Support and Maintenance: Provide post-implementation support to address issues, provide enhancements, and ensure solutions remain optimized and secure
- Collaborate with NAVSEA 03, PEO Digital, and Flank Speed to provide feedback as well as ensure CPA is aligned with any changes or updates needed
- Work closely with CPA staff to document and organize the content
- Function as a SharePoint and Teams web content manager
- Label, organize, and code files/content for filtering and tracking purposes
- Create site calendars, contact list, links, and other related components as needed
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must hold a Secret Clearance
- BS Computer Science / Software Engineering
- 5 years professional experience
- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst, Microsoft 365 Certified Teams Administrator Associate, SharePoint Online Power User
- Microsoft Teams/365, Power apps, Power BI, SharePoint
Preferred:
- 8 years professional experience
- SharePoint Site Collection & Site Administration, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
