- You will coordinate and execute initial funds transfer, modifications as required, document commitment and obligation, and the final closeout, typically a multi-year process for each initiative.
- You will establish, review, and validate reports, budgets, and annual closeouts for each fiscal year.
- You will analyze administrative directives and orders issued by higher authority; develop for approval administrative instructions pertaining to the functioning and accomplishment of the mission.
- You will serve as the administrator for the Defense Travel and Government Travel Credit Card program.
- You will assist the Staff Secretary in tracking, assigning, and managing all tasks assigned to the Department of Aviation through multiple systems and networks.
