This announcement uses the Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) Business & Technical Management direct hire authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to certain positions in the competitive service.
This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission.
This position requires rotating shift work.

- You will monitor electronic systems for security breaches and environmental alerts, start and manage the response, and inform all required personnel.
- You will respond immediately to emergencies, including accidents involving sensitive materials, and use the facility-wide emergency announcement system to notify leadership.
- You will maintain a digital activity log, monitor official communications, prepare operational and situational reports, and manage building and vehicle access after hours.
- You will plan and coordinate the transport of sensitive assets, ensuring all teams work together, and lead the emergency response team for related incidents.
