You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, support access points, and communicate clearly with team members and site personnel while delivering customer-focused service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Support access control and visitor management by verifying identification and/or credentials, directing visitors to designated areas, and coordinating escorts when required.
• Complete routine security-related logs, patrol reports, and incident reports, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Have an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
