As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents while delivering strong customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so you will use a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Help to maintain access control by verifying identification and authorization, supporting badge and key control processes, and directing visitors to the appropriate check-in requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications and actions per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized activity and to identify hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Complete accurate shift documentation, including incident reports and daily activity logs, and communicate security-related information to site contacts and incoming personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• An active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
