GVI Inc, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Project Analyst to join our Team at theWhite Sands Missile Range, NM.
Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional with advanced expertise in project planning, reporting, and data visualization tools. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Project (including resource allocation), the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project
o Perform personnel and equipment resource allocation to identify bottlenecks and capacity
o Monitor project performance and maintain accurate schedule updates including monitoring critical path and slack time.
• Create dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI
o Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint
• Generate and update spreadsheets in MS Excel
• Produce profession reports using MS Word
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to support project delivery
Required Skills & Experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, including resource management
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
Required Qualifications:
Compensation: $19.12, plus HW.
