ABOUT THIS ROLE

St. Michael's is hiring a Senior Acquisition Analyst to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client. As a Senior Acquisition Analyst, you will determine requirements; develop goals and objectives to accomplish the mission of Program Support, Government counterparts to ensure execution of programs in accordance to plans, and to modify program policies and procedures based on changes to regulations. You will be in a client-facing role that will benefit from your experience support government counterparts in the development of solutions to program issues. LOCATION

Tampa, FL (MacDill AFB on-site)

WHO YOU ARE
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance (with ability to obtain SCI).
  • Bachelor's degree in acquisition, business, or related field
  • DAWIA Practitioner Equivalency in the Program Management field
  • Minimum 10 years working in federal government classified acquisition projects
  • Experience preparing technical evaluations, ADM, SAMP, PB, FM worksheet, program protection plan, annual spend plan builds, PowerPoint Briefings processes, and government contracting processes.
  • Experience in managing the format and content of SharePoint sites across multiple networks, including configuring site structure and permissions and enabling records management and retention policies.
  • Experience with the application of AI tools (CoPilot, GenerativeAI.mil) in an acquisition environment

Preferred Experience:
  • Familiar with application of AI tools (CoPilot, GenerativeAI.mil) in acquisition environment
  • SharePoint PSA experience desired, position requires ability to manage format and content of PEO SharePoint sites on multiple networks and enable records management
  • Familiarity with CCaR, PmRT, PDAA desired

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Determine requirements; develop goals and objectives to accomplish the mission of Program Support, Government counterparts to ensure execution of programs in accordance to plans, and to modify program policies and procedures based on changes to regulations
  • Research ways to eliminate program bottlenecks and barriers to production
  • Support government counterparts in the development of solutions to program issues
  • Oversee the allocation of resources based on program requirements
  • Staff SAMP, APB, 70-1 documents for projects, combat evaluation, and studies, staffs FM worksheets for AF9 and DD448 funding, spend plan build development, market surveys, writes technical evaluations
