Ensure changes are documented and reflected in plans and reports.
- Support CSDB/IETP and source-data readiness. Coordinate with engineering, CM, and Tech Pubs to track source data availability, confirm authoring readiness, and support development sequencing that enables validation activities as planned.
- Identify and track risks and issues. Maintain execution-level risk and issue logs for assigned programs, develop mitigation recommendations, escalate concerns early, and support recovery actions led by senior leadership when delivery is at risk.
- Support delivery preparation and external-facing readiness. Assist in coordinating reviews, packaging, and delivery of IPS products to ensure contractual and internal expectations are met, including documentation of deviations when required.
- Support proposal and capture activities as needed. Contribute to ROMs, BOEs, schedules, and staffing inputs for new business, sustainment expansions, or emergent requirements under direction of senior leadership.
- Apply and reinforce standard IPS processes. Use established templates, tools, dashboards, and governance mechanisms consistently. Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and provide improvement recommendations.
