Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Technical Writer III in Arlington, Virginia. The Technical Writer III should be a strong writer and analytical thinker to support policy development, strategic planning, and internal communications. This role partners with subject matter experts to draft and manage policies, procedures, strategic plans, and newsletters-turning complex information into clear, actionable content. Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Position Responsibilities
- Researching, outlining, writing, and editing content while working closely with different program areas and projects.
- Determining the clearest and most logical way to present information for greatest reader comprehension.
- Generating innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions.
- Meeting with subject matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed.
- Analyzing information required for the development or update of policy, procedures, memoranda, and form documentation.
- Writing, drafting, and reviewing policy directives, strategic plans, and other planning documents.
- Facilitating the strategic plan, policy development process, and newsletter submissions.
- Planning, reviewing, and managing the workflow of policy and newsletters in the review process.
- Gathering information from various sources, providing data analysis, and recommending process improvements.
- Providing additional general support, i.e. tracking policy directives, the strategic planning process, and providing weekly and monthly status reports, etc.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Two (2) years of Copywriter experience
- Must have Nine (9)-plus years of specialized experience in the duties described above.
- Exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
- Must be proficient in MS Office software
- Ability to develop organizational strategies to formulate a plan for implementation.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Federal Government administrative support experience
Security Requirements:
- Clearance Level Required: Public Trust
- Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
- Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check.
