Data Systems Analysts, Inc is seeking a Training Specialist (Senior) to lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs for the ARC/cPROBE environment. The ideal candidate will create and maintain detailed training materials, vignettes, and user guides to ensure users can effectively utilize the hosted applications and systems. This role involves delivering virtual training sessions, managing training metrics, and ensuring the successful implementation of the Training Implementation Plan while supporting the continuous improvement of training processes and materials.

Data Systems Analysts, Inc is seeking a Training Specialist (Senior) to lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs for the ARC/cPROBE environment. The ideal candidate will create and maintain detailed training materials, vignettes, and user guides to ensure users can effectively utilize the hosted applications and systems. This role involves delivering virtual training sessions, managing training metrics, and ensuring the successful implementation of the Training Implementation Plan while supporting the continuous improvement of training processes and materials.
Required Qualifications
- Active or Current DOD Secret Clearance
- Current Security + Certification
- A degree in Human Factors, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant field is required.
- A minimum of 6 to 10 years of IT and business/industry experience is required, with demonstrated expertise in designing and managing training programs for complex IT systems.
- Proficiency in creating training materials, vignettes, and user guides tailored to IT systems and applications, as well as experience in delivering virtual training sessions using platforms such as O365 Teams.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with the ARC/cPROBE environment and its applications, including cPROBE repositories, cWork, cSustain, cMan, and other systems hosted in the Army Resource Cloud.
- Strong background in instructional design, including the ability to create engaging and effective training materials that cater to diverse user groups.
- Understanding of the Army Resource Cloud architecture, applications, and workflows to ensure training aligns with operational requirements.
- Experience with virtual training tools, cloud-based systems, and emerging technologies to enhance training delivery and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, conduct, and manage training programs for the ARC/cPROBE environment, ensuring users are equipped to effectively utilize hosted applications and systems.
- Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, including user guides, vignettes, and exercise documentation, ensuring they are updated to reflect software changes and enhancements.
- Deliver web-based training courses using virtual platforms such as O365 Teams, manage training registration, and provide metrics on training implementation and user participation.
- Develop, maintain, and execute the Training Implementation Plan, ensuring compliance with government requirements and alignment with the ARC/cPROBE environment.
- Track and report training metrics, including user participation, training hours, and feedback, to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) as part of monthly status reports.
