About the Work
The USDA Rural Development Servicing Office, established in 1996, serves as a national hub managing more than 185,000 active Single Family Housing Direct Loans. The office is responsible for servicing, payment processing, and ongoing loan management for borrowers nationwide.

As part of this team, you may support:

• Mortgage servicing and payment processing
• Financial transactions and accounting support
• Document imaging and records management
• Mail operations and administrative support
• Compliance-focused loan processing
