Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of program execution, including planning, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation.
- Serve as a liaison between government stakeholders, and internal teams to foster transparent communication and collaboration.
- Define and implement program goals, objectives, schedules, and performance metrics in alignment with contractual requirements and organizational priorities.
- Develop strategy and action plans for program success and troubleshoot issues to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in program delivery.
- Provide advanced advisory expertise and solutions tailored to the client's requirements to solve operational challenges and achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensure program deliverables meet or exceed quality standards defined by the client's requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate programmatic risks affecting quality, timeline, or budget.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to meet contractual and organizational expectations.
- Develop contingency plans to address program challenges and ensure continuity of operations.
- Manage cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams by delegating tasks, evaluating performance, and fostering professional development.
- Motivate and empower teams with clear guidance and leadership to achieve program excellence.
- Conduct regular briefings to government representatives, contract officers, and technical leads to maintain alignment and address concerns.
- Build long-term partnerships with agency stakeholders by providing exemplary service and maintaining accountability.

Qualifications
Qualifications - Here's What You Need
- Master's Degree or approved equivalent experience.
- 15+ years' performing program management duties, preferably in an IT or cyber-related mission supporting DOD agencies.
- Proven record of leading an organization with both direct and indirect reports.
- Command or Senior Enlisted experience desired.
- Secret Security Clearance is required.
- PMP Certification is required.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

- Analytical skills to evaluate program performance and develop scalable solutions.

Working Conditions
- Professional office environment, with the ability to work onsite in the main office.
