Responsibilities
- Receive and analyze project requirements from Sponsor customers and translate them into actionable plans
- Lead project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery activities
- Develop, update, and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Utilize Sponsor tools and databases to track project information, reporting metrics, and data management activities
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including technical writing and formal deliverables
- Manage version control for draft and baseline documentation
- Track team and project action items through completion
- Coordinate project purchasing activities, including documentation and research, in collaboration with Procurement and Logistics teams
- Prepare and deliver recurring project status reports to stakeholders
- Leverage cross-organizational knowledge across Centers, Groups, and external offices to support successful project outcomes
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, field customers, and Security teams to validate requirements and facilitate timely deliveries
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph
- Demonstrated experience managing projects from requirements intake through delivery
- Strong experience developing and maintaining project schedules and documentation
- Experience using project tracking tools and databases for reporting and data management
- Strong written communication and technical documentation skills
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams, stakeholders, and organizational elements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Sponsor or government customers
- Familiarity with procurement and logistics coordination processes
- Experience working in secure or regulated environments
- PMP or other project management certification
