Job Description:
- Coordinate and monitor action and task assignments, establishing completion dates, and assist with escalation as needed.
- Facilitate teamwork among office staff to ensure cross-collaboration, meeting preparation, scheduling, task execution, and follow up.
- Develop resource plans to accomplish tasks efficiently while managing competing priorities.
- Supporting the strategic planner and directing tasks
- Provide project level support to the customer for coordinating, planning, executing, and statusing customer activities.
Qualifications
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in management or technical discipline (e.g. Science, Mathematics, or Engineering field) and five (5) years' related experience; Six (6) years' additional experience can be considered in lieu of degree (per contract vehicle).
Required Clearance:
- Must possess an active Secret clearance; US Citizenship required.
Required Skills:
- Five (5) years of experience as an Operations Manager is required. Highly preferred experience and skills in project management, operational management, strategy development and planning, and executive decisions support.
- Expert level skills in management tools including MS Office suite.
- Ability to execute effectively in DoW staff environments and at the most senior levels of the Department.
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and tasks, and deliver high quality and timely results and work products.
