Who We Are ( video )
At JRC, we tackle some of the toughest challenges faced by the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies. Our expertise in engineering innovation and semiconductor technologies allows us to deliver mission-critical microelectronics solutions, aerospace systems engineering, and cutting-edge research and development. By joining JRC, you'll be part of a team that supports strategic deterrence and defense missions, playing a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the United States and its allies.
Join JRC's Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) Team!
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Integration Lead to coordinate and oversee the safe installation of non-standard industrial and mission-critical equipment within regulated environments (defense, laboratory, and data-center facilities). This role owns field execution readiness, equipment delivery coordination, installation sequencing, and vendor integration across multiple OEMs and subcontractors. The position does not own budget or contract negotiation authority; however, it requires the ability to solicit and evaluate vendor ROMs and formal quotes, clarify scopes and assumptions, and escalate commercial risks and timelines to the Project Manager. This is a hands-on, field-forward role. The selected candidate is expected to be on-site daily during active installation events and comfortable operating in active construction and controlled-access environments.
