As a ServiceNow Application Developer, you will be responsible for utilizing your minimum of 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience to create custom service portals with complex queries, develop the service catalog, and integrate external systems. Your expertise in front-end development using AngularJS, HTML, or CSS will be crucial in implementing security measures such as Access Control Lists. Working in a collaborative team environment, you will have the opportunity to work on an exciting project with a global scale, alongside a business analyst in a structured setting with a constant workstream.
Your first day responsibilities will include familiarizing yourself with the ServiceNow instance and functionality, as well as diving into development work within that environment. You also be expected to quickly grasp existing code and knowledge share with current resources to understand the functionality that needs to be transformed. Your performance will be measured based on your attention to detail, ability to problem-solve independently, effective communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple work streams concurrently.
