ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support end-to-end contract administration for primes, subcontracts, POs, and modifications under senior guidance.
Prepare, track, and maintain standard legal agreements (NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts) using approved templates and processes.
Maintain contract trackers, funding records, periods of performance, and key deadlines; flag risks and upcoming actions.
Assist with FAR/DFARS compliance, contract file management, audit readiness, and reporting requirements (including CPARS inputs).
Support GSA and SEWP contract administration, including modifications, price updates, reporting, and opportunity tracking.
Partner with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Operations to provide contract data, support proposals, and route documents for approval and signature.
Assist with government and partner communications, portal submissions, and documentation using approved templates.
Contribute to process improvements and a high standard of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree (strongly desired)
CFCM or related certification is a bonus
Minimum of 4 years of contracts administrator experience
Detailed knowledge and thorough understanding of General Services Administration (GSA)/federal contracts, proper drafting, negotiation, and use of contracts, subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Teaming, and other forms of agreements
Experience monitoring contracts/subcontracts of various levels of complexity and value, and negotiating terms and conditions
Strong time management and organization skills, detail orientation, and demonstrated ability to think critically, and manage to completion multiple projects with limited supervision
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools
Knowledge of FAR/DFARs, and other federal agency acquisition regulations
