The Test Engineer will be responsible for writing requirements for the creation of test systems and ensuring they meet the rigorous standards required for aerospace applications. This role involves writing test system requirements, developing and executing test plans, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
As a Test Engineer, you'll be instrumental in validating state-of-the-art Engine Monitoring Systems. We're looking for a proactive team player with exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the full lifecycle of test equipment development and automation for electronic products, with programming proficiency using high-level languages like Python, C, and/or C++. This role involves leading and architecting test equipment systems, used in the development, qualification, and production of electronic aerospace components and systems.
Job Responsibilities
Architect test systems, both electronic hardware and software, to verify our products meet the objectives of DO178C, DO160G, and Acceptance Test for manufacturing.
Develop and write detailed requirements for the creation of test systems.
Perform testing and validation of electronic systems and components to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of electronic products.
Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and reliability of electronic designs.
