The Work
We are seeking a Cyber Resiliency Manager to join our team as the primary interface and lead for Cyber Resiliency Engineers across multiple RMS programs. As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Cyber Resiliency Engineers, guiding the development and implementation of cyber resiliency tools and processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency, and implementing 1LMX and Cyber Resiliency Strategic Initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Support Program Metrics and technology roadmaps, ensuring Cyber capabilities are delivered on time and on budget.
• Providing accurately and timely manpower forecasts and staffing resources on programs.
• Standardization and consistent application of Cyber Resiliency organizational processes, methods, techniques, and tools.
• Ensure tight program coordination, providing expertise in technical development and responding to proposal efforts.
• Standardize processes, methods, techniques, and tools for Cyber Resiliency across programs.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned programs.
Other Responsibilities:
• Implement cost-effective workforce planning and development strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to advance cyber resiliency strategies.
Please Note: This position requires ability to maintain a government DoD Secret level clearance.
This position is hybrid, supporting teams in Colorado Springs, CO.
• 15% Travel to CO Springs required.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $145,200 - $255,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
