You will be the Financial Analyst Staff for the PAC-3 Multi-Year Procurement Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) Team. Our team is responsible for driving program finance excellence from proposal to closeout and delivering actionable insights to guide business decisions.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires the selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience establishing / managing program cost baselines and conduct Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent
Desired Skills:
- Ability to multi-task and manage challenging assignments;
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Tableau;
- Working knowledge of Cobra, SAP, and Oracle
- Working knowledge of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis; LRP, CSR, Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash (OSEC))
- Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills;
- Experience and ability to interface with executive leadership

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
