THE WORK
The CH-53K Program is seeking an experienced and energetic Program Manager to oversee the production and delivery of Full-Rate Production (FRP) aircraft (Lots 7+) including the recently awarded Multi-Year contract. In this critical role, you will lead cross-functional teams to manage program scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring the successful delivery of mission-ready aircraft. Your work will directly impact the program's operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and future success.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing overall program scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including contracts, finance, planning, engineering, production, and quality teams, to meet program requirements. Collaborating with external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and government agencies, to ensure program success. Managing and mitigating program risks across technical, schedule, and budget domains. Developing and managing program budgets, including financial planning, reporting, and forecasting. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with program stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in program management, project management, or operations management in aerospace, defense, or a related industry.
• Ability to manage program budgets, schedules, and risks effectively.
• Working knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) regulations, policies, and acquisition processes.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
• Experience in a Production Program Management role
• Experience developing and executing supplier Return to Green (RTG) plans
• Prior full-criteria program exposure
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
