Description:Role Overview
This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing production and capital projects. You will manage schedules, allocate resources, support project estimates, and help ensure production goals are met. Your work directly impacts project success and overall production efficiency.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
• Plan and oversee production and capital projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain the production Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and assist with strategy development
• Support project proposals and help prepare project estimates
• Perform other supporting tasks assigned by production team leadership
• Provide occasional weekend or off-hour support to maintain production schedule compliance
• Travel as required (up to 25%)

• Fast-paced production and project management setting
• Work may occasionally require weekend or off-hour support
• Some domestic travel required (up to 25%)

Basic Qualifications:
Candidates must meet all the following requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience/combined education in a Manufacturing environment
• Experience managing project schedules
• Experience working in Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, or a similar environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel up to 25% domestically
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
The following skills are not required but strengthen your candidacy:
• Active Top Secret security clearance
• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, or a similar environment
• Experience preparing Basis-of-Estimates (BOEs) for projecting cost and schedule in Production programs
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
• Project leadership experience
• Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
