THE WORK
In this role, you will serve as the Systems Engineer Senior Staff responsible for the requirements development and Systems Engineering process in the Naval Helicopter Programs (NHP) business area. This role is a key leadership position within the India MRH Program which includes:
• Drive engineers across discipline boundaries and ensure adherence to technical commitments and processes.
• Drive the development and integration of equipment and functions on Foreign Military Sales of the MH60 platform.
• Develop requirements and contract deliverables to define the system design and architecture.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with Avionic platforms Systems Integration and Test engineering life cycle including requirements development, system design, problem analysis and resolution, integration and test.
Experience with Foreign Military Sales contracts and export policy processes.
Understanding of NHP Development and Integration processes and practices
Experienced System Engineering Practitioner with experience in System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Sciences with 12-14+ years of professional experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the Secret level.
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated experience with large scale integration efforts
Extensive knowledge of the MH-60R/S Avionics and Mission System Architecture
Familiarity with NHP Navy Customer Set, including foreign and domestic aircraft and the various customer stakeholders
Experience with major supplier management including Subcontract Deliverable Requirements List (SDRL) definition and review
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
