MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Combat Systems Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid position requiring at least 1-2 days onsite per week.
The Senior Combat Systems Analyst will support the Spain Aegis Team, where they will be 100% allocated toward supporting the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Spain F-110 Frigate Programs. Serving as a direct report to the Spain Combat Systems Engineer (CSE), this position will function primarily as the day-to-day support of the USG Spain Aegis Team within PEO IWS 4.0 and will cover several aspects of acquisition and technical support of the Aegis Combat System's Computer Program and supporting hardware.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Requirements review to help improve CDRL oversight/quality
- CSE IWG admin management, like meeting minutes, and helping track actions
- IWS 4 cross-functional collaboration for safety, system security and test report reviews
- PARM collaboration lead - ATR, IWS 5, Dahlgren Safety, IW3L
- CSE CDRL review, management, and potential input for CPARs
- Travel up to 25%, which includes travel both CONUS and OCONUS
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in an engineering role supporting the U.S. Navy and/or Project Management role supporting Navy combat systems
- United States Navy AEGIS experience
- Must have prior FMS experience and a strong understanding of FMS international policies and processes
- FMS experience related to combat system engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM area
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen and possess an active or current United States government secret security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
