We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the production delivery of the Mojave Short Takeoff and Landing (STOL) Program, with a strategic focus on partnering with Korea to transition significant manufacturing elements to Korean facilities. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison with international customers, overseeing all aspects of production and workshare collaboration. This role also requires close coordination with U.S. government stakeholders to support domestic customers. Reporting to the Senior Director of Mojave STOL, the Program Manager will be responsible for all production-related activities, including strategy, planning, management, and ensuring the successful manufacturing execution of the Mojave STOL program for both international and domestic clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience across the full program lifecycle-from initial development through production and sustainment-with direct customer engagement throughout. Experience briefing executive leadership on program strategy, plans, and status is required.

This position typically achieves objectives through matrixed teams and individuals and is responsible for decisions that may have significant impacts on program outcomes, where errors could result in critical delays or modifications.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the Program Manager for production of Mojave STOL for an international partner, overseeing all production aspects to ensure quality, business, and financial objectives are achieved for a successful transition to Korean production.
  • Act as the primary interface for production with the international customer.
  • Lead a cross-functional team through all production phases, including manufacturing, ground and flight testing, logistics, and fielding, in collaboration with the Korean partner.
  • Develop and implement current, annual, and long-term technical, schedule, quality, business, and financial objectives for the production plan; may also contribute to Company objectives.
  • Interact with senior management on matters of significance to the company and act as the primary contact for program management related to production activities.
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals, business plans, work statements, specifications, operating budgets, and contract financial terms and conditions.
  • Ensure program management excellence by directing and participating in the recruitment, retention, and development of management, professional, and technical talent.
  • Lead production progress review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations to resolve issues and provide leadership in developing solutions, such as reallocating resources or modifying contract specifications.
  • Support the development and expansion of new and existing business opportunities.
  • Participate with management in pursuing business partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures that enhance company capabilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.
We recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.

Job Qualifications
