As a Desk Officer supporting a team of disaggregated all-source analysts, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between dispersed mission elements, Headquarters leadership, and the greater Intelligence Community (IC). By maintaining seamless communication and ensuring mission priorities are met, you will empower your team to succeed in high-stakes environments.
In this role, you'll operate as the first line of support and primary advocate for a forward embed team, ensuring their actions resonate with broader organizational goals and IC priorities. With a focus on information transparency, action plan development, coordination of deliverables, and meticulous process tracking, you'll transform complex requirements into actionable results that meet mission needs. Your role is dynamic and collaborative-requiring critical problem-solving, facilitation of best practices, and proactive engagement with your team and stakeholders.
This role is situated at the nexus of intelligence support and operational coordination, where your efforts will directly impact national security and the operational effectiveness of forward-deployed units.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- Experience supporting operational organizations through effective intelligence coordination and solution implementation
- Experience with ICD 203 and 206 tradecraft standards and processes
- Experience maintaining tracking tools and action trackers for deliverables management
- Ability to proactively coordinate activities and synchronize efforts to drive impactful results
- Ability to promote knowledge sharing across dispersed teams and foster integrated communication practices
- Ability to engage clients and team members across hierarchical structures effectively.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience in a DoD or IC environment, or Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in a DoD or IC environment
Nice If You Have:
- Experience as an intelligence analyst or in other operational support capacities at DoW strategic and operational organizations
- Experience supporting senior leadership and dispersed, forward-embedded teams
- Knowledge of the CWMD mission space
- Knowledge of IC systems, processes, and stakeholders
