This role is accountable for end‑to‑end program delivery across multiple technical and analytic workstreams, translating intelligence mission needs into executable technical solutions.

The Program Manager serves as the primary interface between government stakeholders, engineers, analysts, and operational users-balancing mission urgency, technical feasibility, and delivery risk. This role requires a technically fluent leader capable of driving outcomes in a dynamic, classified environment while maintaining strong customer trust and team cohesion.

What will you do?

  • Lead and manage all aspects of program execution, including cost, schedule, scope, and performance in support of NASIC mission objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive Program Management Plan (PMP), including schedules, milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Provide weekly and monthly program status reporting, risk and issue management, and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
  • Apply appropriate project management frameworks (Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, or hybrid) based on tasking and intelligence mission needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams supporting operations, business processes, and analytic capabilities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with government leadership, ensuring alignment with intelligence priorities and rapid response to mission needs.
  • Translate intelligence mission requirements and operational needs into clear technical scope, priorities, and execution plans for engineering and analytic teams.
  • Bridge communication between engineers, analysts, and end users to ensure shared understanding of requirements, constraints, and delivery tradeoffs.
  • Proactively manage evolving requirements and mission priorities, adjusting scope and execution plans while maintaining schedule and performance discipline.
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of clear, mission‑relevant program documentation, including requirements, technical designs, SOPs, and end‑user guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), and NASIC security policies and procedures.
  • Support modernization initiatives, including system upgrades and transitions to secure cloud‑based environments.
