Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Monitoring the supply and distribution of inventoried assets and warehouse operations;
2. Overseeing inventory management of government assets, and
3. Scheduling and conducting physical inventory for all government assets.

- You will supervise employees and provide housing appliance and furnishings information, guidance, and counsel to the Facilities Director.
- You will plan, program, execute and review Warehouse operations and appropriated fund budgets related to appliance/ furniture requirements.
- You will supervise all aspects of Family Housing furnishings program to include Partial Full Tour Furnishings, Loaner Furniture, Sing-Sailor Housing Loaner Furniture program, and Flag Furnishings inventory.
- You will ensure a physical inventory is scheduled and conducted bi-annually for all furnishings/ appliances.

- This position may require travel to places within and outside the contiguous United States which could include remote or isolated sites. You may be required to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
