As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help coordinate security-related operations by monitoring alarms and cameras, tracking radio traffic, and dispatching officers to calls for service. You will support access control and badging activities, document incident details, and provide clear, professional communication with site teams and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor security-related alarms, cameras, and communication channels, and dispatch officers and/or notify site contacts and emergency services per post orders.
• Receive calls and radio traffic, relay clear instructions, and coordinate responses to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of dispatch activity, incidents, access events, and shift turnover information.
• Support routine operations by tracking patrol check-ins and/or directing officers to conduct regular and random patrols around buildings and perimeter areas as conditions vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a college degree.
• Client requires proof of a high school diploma and/or GED.
• Be 21 or more years of age.
• Have 5 years of industrial security-related experience or 2 years of military, law enforcement, EMT, or fire department services experience.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
