Senior Project Manager

Sr. Project Manager - Remote

Entelligence is seeking a Sr. Project Manager with Agile expertise and VMware product and service offering knowledge to support our client's customers. The ideal candidate will lead teams driving VCF consumption and customer adoption. The successful candidate must be able to work in a cross-functional environment, partnering with both internal and external stakeholders. The Sr. Project Manager will lead complex, high-visibility projects using Agile methodologies, while providing structure, communication, and direction throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of VMware solutions and enterprise IT environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead Agile project teams to deliver enterprise IT solutions, with a focus on VMware-based environments
  
• Ensure delivery of projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
  
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
  
• Track and report on project performance including risks, issues, budgets, milestones, and customer feedback
  
• Coordinate with Resource Managers to ensure the right skillsets are aligned to project needs
  
• Serve as the communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ years of project management experience delivering IT infrastructure or cloud-based projects
  
• Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile project leadership
  
• Proficient with Agile project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills
  
• Experience leading cross-functional, customer-facing teams in fast-paced environments
  
• PMP and/or Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe) required
  
• Experience or familiarity with VMware technologies (e.g., VCF, vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria Suite) preferred
