ServiceNow Engineer (TS/SCI CI Poly)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to support a classified Intelligence program in Aurora, CO. The team is seeking a software engineering professional who is familiar with SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow, to assist with the expansion of workflows and backend applications for the agencies CSOC analysis cell.

Clearance: Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph Clearance

Location: Aurora, CO (100% onsite)

Responsibilities of the ServiceNow Engineer:

• Design and implement ServiceNow enhancements leveraging core platform features
• Build applications through configuration, reporting, and data migration activities as needed
• Identify and deliver best-practice solutions that meet client business requirements
• Develop custom functionality and integrate third-party systems
• Conduct unit testing and remediate defects in developed code
• Promote code updates through environments and deploy changes to production
• Support the creation of technical designs and related documentation
• Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to develop ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs

Qualifications of the ServiceNow Engineer:

• Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph required to be considered
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline and 5+ years of software engineering experience
• IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security) certification required
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, JavaScript)
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (RHEL/CentOS/Debian) and its fundamentals
• Experience developing Service Catalog and ServiceNow workflows

Compensation of the ServiceNow Engineer:

• Total compensation based on experience level - $120,000-$140,000+ **based on years of experience**
