MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Logistics Management Analyst to join our vehicle sustainment team in Charleston, South Carolina. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate logistics management operations to support specified missions, equipment systems, or designated programs, ensuring timely and effective support.
  • Identify and correlate requirements for manpower, materials, facilities, and services with program plans, ensuring alignment with mission objectives.
  • Apply experience with Global Combat Services Support System-Army (GCSS-A), Supply Chain Management, and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) functions and operations to logistics activities.
  • Assist SOCOM and Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs) with planning, managing, and distributing required classes of supply into deployed Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
  • Coordinate and evaluate the logistical support efforts of subordinate organizations, leveraging broad knowledge of organizational structures and activities.
  • Provide expertise in logistics operations involving complex support systems, ensuring effective integration and execution within specified timelines.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to meet organizational and mission requirements.


Minimum Requirements:
  • 9+ years of qualified experience and a bachelor's degree (OR) 15+ years of qualified experience.
    • Must have a minimum of six years' experience in maintenance operations, including performance of maintenance and repair of commercial or military equipment.
    • Preferred areas of commercial or military experience are with light or heavy-duty trucks, tractors, tactical vehicles, generators, power plants, aircraft or any diesel or gasoline powered equipment or vehicle.
  • Maintenance and logistics management experience within the automotive and defense industry.
  • Experience with financial and budget management
  • Military and/or commercial warehousing practices familiarity and experience
  • Experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics
  • Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must possess a Valid Driver's License for the location in which the work will be performed, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Passport valid for at least one year beyond the start date.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior training or maintenance experience on USSOCOM SOF-Peculiar Family of Vehicles preferred.
  • Preferably familiar or knowledgeable with MRAP/RCV systems.
  • Prior training on Non - Standard Commercial Vehicles (NSCV) i.e. Toyota, Polaris.


Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be a US Citizen and have a current/active Secret clearance.


Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
  • Must be able to work in high noise areas.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
