Overview
We are seeking an experienced Alternate Compensatory Control Measures (ACCM) Planner to integrate ACCM functions and tasks into USCYBERCOM-level planning in support of operational planning, implementation, and assessment activities

What You Will Do

Provide technical ACCM expertise and sensitive operational support across day-to-day operations, contingencies, crisis action, disaster relief, and exercises.
Support the Cognizant Authority for ACCM access and related issues for assigned personnel across the command and components.
Implement security procedures and processes aligned to national-level requirements and applicable security guidance.
Support inspections and develop mitigation strategies to reduce risk to ACCM programs, as well as SAP and STO program risk.
Provide security guidance to planners and leadership, including support to annex-writing and program approval processes using Security Classification Guides and doctrine.
Support command regulations for SCIF security, classified information handling, and personnel security, including policy promotion and reporting.
Integrate information-related capabilities and sensitive activities into OPORDs, annexes, and assessment plans.
Review and advise on the operational impacts of national strategies, policies, and joint doctrine.
Develop planning products (appendices, annexes, tabs, estimates) across capabilities including: EW, MISO, MILDEC, CO, OPSEC, SAP, and IJSTO.
Research, analyze, and assess information-related tools and capabilities to support planning and execution.
Support academic outreach, experimentation, and integration of scientific applications as required.
Provide development, planning, staffing, coordination, execution, and assessment of sensitive activities.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of planning experience (or 12+ years of experience in lieu of degree).
Working knowledge of special capabilities and ACCM operations, and how to integrate ACCM into:
Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP)
Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
Campaign planning and targeting processes
5+ years of ACCM planning experience at the service or joint level supporting operations at CCMDs or JTFs, especially supporting cyber operations.
Strong understanding of IO disciplines and integration, including MILDEC, OPSEC, SAP planning, EW, and cyberspace operations.
Experience integrating and synchronizing adjacent and supporting operations with interagency and intelligence community partners, including coordinating intelligence requirements.
U.S. citizenship required.
Current U.S. passport and ability to travel internationally.
Active DoD Top Secret with SCI eligibility, and ability to obtain a polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

Recent joint or service-level IO planning experience.
ACCM Planner experience supporting USCYBERCOM.
Proficiency integrating IO capabilities into cyber plans and operations.
Knowledge of command relationships and C2 procedures, and ability to coordinate ACCM actions through proper channels.
Experience as an ACCM Program Manager/Coordinator within DoD, Joint Staff, Military Departments, CCMDs, DoD Field Activities, and interagency partners.
Strong briefing and stakeholder influence skills with senior leaders and large audiences.
Experience developing information products leveraging emerging technologies to improve planning and decision-making.
Completion of one or more: Joint Cyber Operations Planners Course, ACCM Control Course, Joint IO Planner Course, Defense OPSEC Planner Course, Special Warfare Advanced Targeting and Analysis, Special Operations MILDEC Planner Course, Irregular Warfare Course.
