Description:What You Will Be Doing:
You will be the Reliability and Maintainability Engineering Manager - Level 5.
You will be the manager of the Lockheed Martin Logistics Services (LMLS) Global Readiness Solutions (GRS) Sustainment Engineering F-16 Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) team. You will manage a team of 10-15 persons located in Fort Worth, TX.
Key Responsibilities
In addition to daily management tasks, you will participate in direct F-16 sustainment contract work, including:
- Interfacing directly with F-16 government customers and their contractors
- Interfacing daily with F-16 Program Managers and the F-16 Integration Office
- Interfacing with F-16 Engineering and Technology leaders to ensure alignment between the teams for technical requirements
- Leading the R&M team to ensure that R&M in strategically aligned with the F-16 Program and Sustainment Engineering objectives.
- Leading the execution of the R&M team to ensure compliance with program technical and sustainment requirements
- Leading the R&M team development to ensure present and future skills and proficiencies are aligned with program needs and objectives.
- Ensuring the F-16 R&M team executes with excellence within program cost and schedule allocations.
- Ensuring the F-16 technical planning is structured for success
- A successful candidate will:
- Have previous aircraft design and/or maintenance experience
- Demonstrate Full Spectrum Leadership skills in managing and growing a diverse team
- Simultaneously work long-term and short-term strategies

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (such as Aeronautical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Physics) or equivalent experience and combined education that demonstrates a strong foundation in technical principles and practices.
- Familiarity with R&M Design, Analysis, and/or Testing tools, techniques and standards
- Aircraft design/maintenance and/or documentation experience (prior military or commercial experience)
- Demonstrated leadership or project leadership experience of large teams
- Proven ability to drive positive organizational change that delivers business results aligned with Aero 100 objectives
- Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

- F-16 Sustainment and F-16 program experience
- Experience in the fields of Reliability and Maintainability for military aircraft

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
