Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly motivated Associate Project Engineer - Early Career, to support the Targets and Countermeasures Program (TCP). As a Project Engineer Associate, you will be working as part of a dynamic team in creating end-to-end solutions, focused on delivering time critical, threat-representative Re- entry Vehicles (RVs), Ground Support Equipment (GSE), and support personnel to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
This position will work closely with the TCP leadership team to coordinate meetings / reviews, develop associated presentation materials, and track action items to closure. The selected candidate will ensure consistent messaging across internal and external customer communication, and adherence to the program reporting business rhythm.
The ideal candidate will have a technical or business background, demonstrated excellent communication and organizational skills, and data analysis experience. The successful candidate will also be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or work experience.
Ability to obtain Security Clearance
Desired Skills:
Experience working as a part of a geographically diverse team
MS Office software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers and executive leadership
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
