The Work:
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Program Security Representative is a critical position located in Littleton, CO. As a representative, you will be responsible for supporting the security efforts for classified programs, including development, production, and sustainment. This will involve controlling and managing unclassified and classified material, as well as providing physical security for multiple Special Access Program Facilities. You will also be responsible for controlling access and badging to all program areas in specified facilities, providing escort services when required, and assisting in the planning and execution of program security operations related to Special Access Program Facilities. Additionally, you will aid and support for classified meetings, and may be required to provide security briefings as necessary. Your responsibilities will include managing personnel files, including visitor access requests, program access requests, and file reviews. You will perform other security duties as necessary and provide support to other Special Access Programs as needed. This position will primarily be assigned to First Shift, but may require flexibility to work other shifts, including weekends, to support mission events.

We are a team of security professionals responsible for developing, administering, and auditing security programs that protect classified material and export-controlled data. We work closely with government customers to ensure compliance with federal security regulations and implement security solutions that meet customer needs while minimizing risk. Our team members serve as Contractor SAP Security Officers (CSSOs), Contractor Special Security Officers (CSSOs), and Security Representatives, providing support for Special Access Programs (SAPs), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs, and DOD collateral classified programs. We study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in SAP security rules (DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4/JSIG), SCI security rules (ICD) or DOD security rules (NISPOM). We also develop and conduct security education classes, investigate security violations, and provide support for classified meetings and customer visits.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Final transferable Top Secret security clearance, Periodic Reinvestigation must be completed within the last 5 years.
2. Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) access.
3. Prior experience working in a SAP or SCI environment with classified materials and knowledgeable of DoD 5205.07; DoD 5105.21; ICD 705; Operations Security (OPSEC).
4. Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to partner with internal and external customers and teammates. 6. Ability to multi-task and remain organized; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
Desired Skills:
1. Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07, DoD 5105.21, ICD 705, and other DoD policy and regulations.
2. Experience with the Personnel Security process and clearance handling, security reporting requirements and government systems of record DISS and JADE.
3. Introduction to SAP Security or SCI
4. Prior experience as a Program Security Rep or Alternate and/or experience in Personnel Security Management.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $57,400 - $101,200. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
