**This position is in support of current opportunities.**
Duties:
- Provide installation, brigade, and battalion level operation support for the Academic Records Student Affairs Division.
- Support potentially 31 iterations of the Master Driver Training Course providing class rosters, in-processing students, building student folders, confirming ATRRS inputs, entering grades, printing diplomas and certificates, building ATRRS graduation rosters, updating ATRRS and DTMS personnel files, audit student grade books, resolve discrepancies, prepare academic transcripts, and several other associated duties.
Required Education and Experience:
- Possess a high school diploma or a General Education Diploma (GED).
- Experienced and proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office computer programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) and ADOBE Acrobat Pro, required skills to access and use required training tools.
- Possess the ability to prepare correspondence that is grammatically correct and conforms to local format.
- Completed the Installation Staff Contractor Training Course (ISCTC) with last 3 years or have the ability to complete as soon as hired.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with ATRRS and DTMS.

- Be able to maneuver in and out of strategic and tactical equipment, and capable of lifting and moving electronic equipment in excess of 40lbs in and out of classrooms and labs.
