- Identify and implement metrics to monitor performance and productivity
- Plan, allocate, and coordinate resources over project lifecycles
- Develop risk mitigation and opportunity strategies
- Compare actual results to baseline plans, capturing lessons learned for continuous improvement
- Deliver technical, business, and integration leadership in project planning and execution
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Active Secret Clearance (must be current)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (for Level 4)
- 3+ years leading or managing multi-disciplinary engineering project teams
- Strong communication and leadership abilities

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with proposal development and contract negotiations
- Knowledge of export compliance or international programs
