Essential Job Duties:
- Configure and maintain JIRA workflows, projects, and issue tracking systems.
- Manage and optimize JIRA configurations to meet business and technical requirements.
- Integrate JIRA with GitLab, Confluence, and other DevOps tools.
- Support Agile methodologies and related project management practices.
- Customize dashboards and reporting features to provide actionable insights.
- Monitor and manage service-level agreements (SLAs) within JIRA environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to JIRA administration.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and project teams to improve processes and system functionality.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field OR five (5) years of equivalent experience in JIRA administration.
- Demonstrated experience configuring and managing JIRA workflows.
- Experience managing issue tracking systems and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in JIRA administration, including workflow development and permission management.
- Experience integrating JIRA with GitLab, Confluence, or other DevOps tools.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with dashboard customization and reporting.
- Experience monitoring service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Atlassian Certified JIRA Administrator certification.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
