What You'll Do
- Lead day‑to‑day CDS operational workflows and coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, and government teams.
- Build and manage project schedules (WBS/IMS) and support CDS-related IT/cyber projects.
- Identify risks, resolve workflow challenges, and drive process improvements.
- Maintain documentation, diagrams, and PM artifacts while supporting CMMI‑aligned processes.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
What You Need:
- 3-10 years of experience in IT project management (DoD, cybersecurity, or systems engineering preferred).
- Experience coordinating across technical and vendor teams.
- Ability to research unfamiliar technical areas and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Exposure to CDS, cybersecurity architecture, RMF, NIST standards, or secure data flow concepts.
- Familiarity with firewall configurations, COMSEC equipment, or inline encryption.
- Ability to develop WBS and IMS using project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
Preferred
- Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green), PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity teams, ISSOs, or system engineers.
- Familiarity with CMMI or structured lifecycle frameworks.
Education
