Mayvin is seeking a highly experienced Capability Development Leader to support Special Operations Forces (SOF) in the planning, integration, acquisition, and fielding of advanced technical capabilities in support of sensitive and high-priority national security missions. This role provides senior-level leadership across Combat Development, Electronic Warfare (EW), Unmanned Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR), Cyber, and Counter-Unmanned Systems (C-UxS) portfolios. The selected candidate will lead multifunctional teams and Joint Integrated Product Teams (JIPTs) to develop and execute capability-based acquisition strategies aligned with USSOCOM priorities. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in SOF operations, acquisition management, aviation operations, unmanned systems, EW integration, and PPBE processes.

- Lead multifunctional teams in developing and executing capability-based acquisition strategies.
- Oversee full lifecycle acquisition efforts including RDT&E, procurement, O&M, and sustainment.
- Coordinate programming, budgeting, obligation, and expenditure tracking across multiple funding lines.
- Develop and validate Capability Development Documents (CDD) and acquisition exemption packages.
- Ensure compliance with DoD 5000 series, FAR, NDAA, and USSOCOM acquisition policies.
- Serve as senior technical advisor for integration of Electronic Support (ES), Electronic Attack (EA), counter-RADAR, and Special Technical Operations (STO).
- Lead EW Integrated Product Teams managing RDT&E, procurement, and O&M funding.
- Oversee execution of multiple contracts and contractor personnel supporting EW portfolios.
- Lead development, fielding, and sustainment of Small UAS (sUAS), Tactical UAS (TUAS), and Counter-UAS programs.
- Establish enterprise-level unmanned systems programs and sustainment frameworks.
- Integrate emerging technologies for operations in near-peer and contested environments.
- Serve as senior advisor on ISR acquisition, airborne EW, aviation operations, and aviation safety.
- Coordinate with national agencies, combatant commands, and interagency partners.
- Develop ISR requirements, procurement strategies, and operational fielding plans.
- Direct and integrate manned and unmanned ISR platforms across multiple theaters.
- Oversee training, combat readiness, and operational employment of ISR assets.
