Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: A thorough understanding of the U.S. Intelligence Community, including its member organizations and their roles and responsibilities, as well as counterintelligence and Operations Security (OPSEC) principles, practices, policies, and procedures.
Examples include: Researching and analyzing threat information, including the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) of foreign intelligence entities (FIEs); serving as a point of contact (POC) for OPSEC and threat-related concerns; reviewing test plans for OPSEC issues and providing risk mitigation recommendations; and acting as a liaison with Intelligence Community partners.
Applicants must also have experience in one or more intelligence disciplines (e.g., HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, or MASINT), applying basic information assurance (IA) and information technology (IT) security principles, and analyzing multiple sources of information to produce written reports and oral briefings for senior management, the general workforce, and personnel traveling to high-threat foreign locations.

- You will serve as an Operations Security (OPSEC) specialist providing threat support to the Aircraft Division's entities through the OPSEC cycle.
- You will assist the Division Head in all matters related to Operations Security and other security disciplines as delegated.
- You will research and analyze threat information as it pertains to the protection of Department of Defense assets.
- You will serve as the POC for OPSEC and threat related concerns for NAWCAD assets, information, and personnel.
- You will interpret and implement OPSEC policy and instructions.
- You will perform as functional manager of the localized base access system for the host installation.
