Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a Team Lead / Supervisor - Loan Servicing Support for a potential opportunity supporting the USDA Rural Development Servicing Office in St. Louis, MO.

Position Overview
The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day loan servicing support operations, ensuring production workflow, quality standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met. This role combines hands-on operational oversight with team leadership and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and monitor daily workload across servicing support staff
  • Track productivity and quality metrics to ensure performance goals are achieved
  • Conduct quality control inspections and documentation reviews
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members to drive continuous improvement
  • Escalate operational or technical issues to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed
  • Ensure strict adherence to documented procedures, federal guidelines, and compliance standards
  • Maintain accurate reporting and workflow documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mail handling, financial operations, or similar processing environments
  • Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workflow
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment
  • Comfortable performing repetitive, process-oriented work
  • Ability to successfully complete a federal background investigation
