Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee assigned functional areas (loan servicing, bankruptcy, accounting, imaging, or mail operations)
- Conduct quality sampling reviews to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Provide training, mentoring, and operational guidance to staff
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities
- Support compliance reviews, audits, and reporting requirements
- Promote consistency, efficiency, and adherence to established procedures
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in loan servicing
- Demonstrated operational expertise in at least one specialty area:
- Loan servicing
- Bankruptcy processing
- Financial/accounting operations
- Imaging/document management
- Mail operations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working in structured, compliance-focused environments
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Ability to successfully pass a background investigation (MBI/NACIC)
