Job Description :
This tasking provides Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) and Maintenance Engineering, which includes Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) and support services to Command-and-Control Framework (C2F) systems such as Global Command and Control System Maritime (GCCS-M) and Web-based Scheduling System (WebSked).
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, direction and success of major programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives which have great significance to the activity's and agency's needs. Programs are typically large, multi-year efforts divided into several sub-programs/tasks. You will also be responsible for the overall program definition, organization, and direction of short and long range plans. This includes the responsibility for formulating, guiding, and directing the technical approach; and defining and negotiation with activity and agency personnel for necessary resources. Establishment and control of technical milestones, schedules, budgets and costs are also essential tasks for the Program Manager.

Full-Time Salary Range: $100k-$150k++

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's level degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
- 5-7+ years of experience in program/project management.
- In-depth knowledge of various Command-and-Control Framework (C2F) systems such as Global Command and Control System Maritime (GCCS-M), Web-based Scheduling System (WebSked), MTC2, CIPP Battle Management Aids (BMAs), and/or Maritime Strike Tomahawk (MST)
- Experience providing support in COMPOSE and CANES test environments, as well as development, implementation, and maintenance of Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS) Endpoint Security (ENS) policies to include verifying and updating Policy Layout Guides (PLG) with ENS.
Security Clearance :
- Must have a Secret clearance (min.)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $100k-$150k++
