The Boeing Company is hiring an Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3) for the PAC-3 Seeker team located in Huntsville, AL.

Position Responsibilities:
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim pre-start U.S. Secret clearance is required.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite with a majority of the work accomplished on A-Shift. The selected candidate may be asked to support B or C-shift operations as needed.

Position Responsibilities:
- Facilitates work teams, provides necessary training, and leads problem resolution and process improvement.
- Provides advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects that affect organization efficiency.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and status reports.
- Utilize Lean tools and methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Applies process management and process improvement techniques to resolve production concerns.
- Uses problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills to develop innovative solutions to manufacturing problems.
- Gathers data, conducts analyses, and develops recommendations for implementation of new systems and processes.
- Analyze production data to identify and eliminate high-impact systemic issues, translating data into actionable implementation plans.

- 3+ years of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
- 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
- Ability to work any shift, as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements
- Experience with project management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to look forward strategically and develop detailed solutions and specifications
- Active US security clearance
