The Boeing Company is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 4) to serve as the Cost Account Manager (CAM) for the PAC-3 Operations team located in Huntsville, AL.
This position supports the factory team and senior Operations leadership by developing Estimates at Completion (EACs), conducting cost analysis and performance trends, and evaluating headcount management to support business forecasts. Additionally, the CAM will be the proposal focal for Operations and responsible for Basis of Estimate (BOE) submittals for future contracts. The selected candidate will be a fast-paced innovator with the ability to collaborate with other functions.

Position Responsibilities:
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim pre-start U.S. Secret clearance is required.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite with a majority of the work accomplished on A-Shift. The selected candidate will be required to work on site and may be asked to support B or C-shift operations as needed.

- Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost opportunities and risks
- Leads integration of variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to leadership
- Provides subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, determine root cause, and recommend solutions
- Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
- Works with organizations to develop and implement strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.

- 1+ years of experience with Earned Value Management or operations cost account management.

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience in Operations and/or manufacturing processes
- Active US security clearance
