The Boeing Global Services (BGS) team is seeking a F-15QA Maintenance Training Instructor in the following discipline: Crew Chief. This is a long-term assignment to Qatar- Al Udeid AFB for up to 2 years. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design
  • Oversees activities the development, delivery and evaluation of technical training
  • Establishes processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectiveness
  • Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials
  • Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities
  • Ensures accuracy and quality of training products
  • Coaches and develops others


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Skills equivalent to the USAF Craftsman (7-level) in a like position/systems. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years maintenance management experience leading cross-functional teams


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in aircraft maintenance.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with maintenance working on the F-15E or a later aircraft.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with training courseware instruction and maintenance training


Long-term Assignment details:
  • Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country
  • Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable
  • Employment is contingent on the candidate's ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country

Summary Pay Range: $106,250- $143,750
