Job Description
BAE is looking for an experienced Project Manager accountable to the Sentinel Business Operations Deputy Lead for all tasks assigned. This is a demanding role that requires acute attention to detail, substantial confidence and tenacity, experience successfully working with varied personalities, a highly professional customer-oriented approach, the ability to multi-task simultaneous projects, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will assist the Sentinel Business Operations team in meeting customer requirements while balancing a demanding operations-tempo with constantly shifting priorities. Responsibilities include providing technical expertise to BAE leadership in developing and maintaining robust program processes, executing precise task management, delivering top-notch performance and innovation, and mitigating all contracted customer business operation needs as they arise.
This position may also perform the following duties and responsibilities.

Full-Time Salary Range: $107952 - $183518
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

- Develop, prepare, and coordinate reports, information papers, and organizational briefings for the government
- Assist in coordinating, consolidating, analyzing, distributing, and tracking action items, suspenses, and responses
- Prepare agendas, schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and conference room schedules
- Execute onboarding actions for new hires
- Assist with development and implementation of program schedules and project plans
- Plan and execute organizational activities for both internal and external agencies
- Determine customer requirements and translate these requirements into organizational plans
- Analyze business and technical processes to develop and implement new and modified processes and policies
- Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- 7+ years direct project management experience
- Bachelor Degree in Management, Business, Communication, or related field
- Must currently possess a Secret Security Clearance
- Experience with management and customer interactions
- Develops solutions to complex problems using ingenuity and innovation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Teams
- Experience collaborating with a team to problem solve and troubleshoot projects
- Experience applying effective oral communication skills with peers and leadership
- Proactive person with a positive attitude and a "team player" mentality
- Must be able to work independently and demonstrate strong initiative

- Project Management Professional Certification
- Familiarity with ICBMs, DoD Acquisitions, and military customs and culture
- ICBM Acquisitions experience
- Eligible to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
- Agile, Earned Value Management, JIRA, and Confluence
- Classified government IT systems
- ICBM weapon system/program support experience
- SharePoint site administration experience
